Next Control Systems Logo

Next Control Systems provide wired and wireless building and energy monitoring systems for new construction, building enhancements or refurbishment. Additionally we offer a range of specialist monitoring equipment for operational compliance in the cold storage and healthcare sectors.

BeMS Monitoring for Sustainable Savings

Continuous monitoring of both operational and energy parameters is critical for maintaining the performance of the building. Efficiency drift over time occurs due to a combination of manual interventions and change in use of the space. We acquire data from the technology systems in place and monitor them continuously to ensure the performance standards and energy targets are maintained.

Alarm Management

Environmental, energy and operational alarms are configured to provide occupant safety, asset protection and / or operational and energy savings.  Our 24/7/365 alarm escalation process provides an auditable trail of transmitted alarms via voice, text or e-mail and the associated alarm acknowledgement.

Energy Monitoring Solutions

Automatic monitoring and targeting of energy usage is achieved by monitoring fiscal and sub-meters for gas, water, electricity and heat/coolth.

Historical Data Upload

Historical consumption data can be uploaded to provide an initial benchmark for improvement or to measure the impact of any energy reduction project.

Intuitive User Interfaces

The client interface not only allows the user to review, manipulate and export data but enables them to set time of day tariffs and carbon factors for the calculation of cost and CO2 savings. Additionally, the client can set the passwords and access levels for additional users to allow them access to their specific energy data, their building or the entire estate.

Project Tracking and Verification

Our certified measurement and verification professionals (CMVP) can provide measurement and verification protocols to IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol) standards.  This is essential for Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and the recently announced Electricity Demand Reduction (EDR) programme.
